You pay for your order online at checkout. We accept VISA or MasterCard.
No, there is no minimum order requirement.
When will my Epicureal order arrive at my home?
Once you complete your Epicureal order, select the delivery option that suits you from the services offered. Not all services are available in all areas, but services available to you will be displayed at checkout, when you place your order.
How will I know that my order was received by Epicureal?
Every time you submit your order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation within one hour, please contact us to verify the status of your order.
What do you charge for packing and delivering my Epicureal order?
Epicureal orders delivered to residential customers are subject to a
delivery fee, regardless of order size. The delivery fee may occasionally be
reduced depending on the total amount of your order.
The standard delivery fee for most orders across Canada is $15.00, depending
on how large your order is and where you're located. Normal delivery times
range from 3 to 5 business days.
What if I am not satisfied with an item I receive?
You can order with total confidence because we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive, we will credit your account for the value of the item. Please send an email to Customer Feedback about any order issues.
Do you accept orders from outside of Canada?
At this time Epicureal is not able to fill any orders that are destined for countries other than Canada and USA.
Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes, we certainly do.
